Mr. Frans Smithuis, Quality and Production Controller
Frans Smithuis is a dental technician with 40 years of experience in the line of business. After having established in the Dutch town Hengelo the company Smithuis Tandtechniek, which he developed to one of the most important dental labs in the Netherlands, he also has founded similar labs abroad.
Frans Smithuis has been enlisted by BITE Thailand for various reasons.
First of all, Frans takes care of quality control (QC); every bridge, crown or frame that is produced by BITE Thailand is checked by Frans at the beginning and at the end of the manufacturing process. This way, communication problems and cultural differences are minimized.
In addition, Frans is indispensable when training is concerned. He is not only part of our technical department; he is the one on the spot knowing exactly what a European dentist and patient expect.
Last but not least, Frans is an old hand in the trade. His general experience, knowledge and contacts have a unique importance for BITE Thailand. |

Mr. Matthias Kinn, Porcelain Department Controller
Porcelain Department is responsible by Mr. Matthias Kinn, German Dental Technician who has experience, specifically in porcelain, for more than 12 years.
He checks every porcelain work and shares his knowledge to educate Thai technician starting from the actual cases. |

Mr. Chaowalit Tadsaraj (Eead), Thai Technician & Porcelain Department Chief
Since the beginning of the BITE project in the year 2003, Mr. Chaowalit has been part of the BITE Team to become the head of the thai technicians.
He has more than 10 years experience and he has specialized in the porcelain department.
He has been trained in a well-known dental laboratory the Netherlands.
He works closely with Frans Smithuis and Matthias Kinn to upscale BITE work in order to make his team reach the world class standard. |

Mrs. Lalada Ngampring (Pear), Porcelain Technician
After having graduated in 2004 from Mahidol University in the Dental Technic Techniques program, she has been trained closely by Frans Smithuis and got a training in the Netherlands with Mr. Chaowalit. She became one of the leading technicians in the porcelain department. |

Mr. Somkid Lalun (Kid), Wax & Metal Department Chief
Late 2005, Somkid Lalun joined the BITE Team. He made the BITE Wax & Metal Department became a strong team, in which he has a major role. He is working closely with Frans Smithuis. |
